Daniel Camarillo is a 2nd degree BJJ Black Belt and 4th degree Judo Black Belt. He has a style that he shares with brother Dave Camarillo, which they call Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu. It mixes Judo and BJJ.

Around 8:30 p.m on Wednesday evening outside of Camarillo’s BJJ academy, there was a big car crash. Camarillo went outside, witnesses told him the suspect was running away after crashing into a truck.

Camarillo told abcnews.com:

“I grabbed him here and hold this arm tight, and he started to say, no no no.

He rolled and I put my weight on him, and i just sat on him pulling his arm tight.”

I decided to chase him down, he ran out of gas at the corner of the block, I put him in a hold but he started kind of resisting.”
