Cris Cyborg shows How to Defeat Ronda Rousey

Cris Cyborg demonstrates how to evade Ronda Rousey’s vicious throws on the latest edition of MMA Bread N Butter.

The fight might take up to a year to happen as Cyborg still has to make weight.

At the moment she is around 145 lbs and is training hard in preparation for Rousey.

She has enlisted the help of a two-time Olympic bronze medalist, Israel Hernandez from Cuba. At the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics he won bronze medals in the men’s Half Lightweight (60–66 kg) category.
Israel is working with Cyborg because his wife Valerie Gotay used to be teammates with Rousey on the USA Olympic Judo team and could have some inside information and advice on how to defeat Rousey.

Cyborg is a brown belt in BJJ and is also a 2011 IBJJF Worlds gold medallist.
