12 Essential Drills to Improve your Jiu-Jitsu

 

 

In this video, ONE FC Fighters and BJJ World Championship Silver Medalists Almiro Barros and Marcos Ratinho show us a selection of technical and movement drills one can practice with a partner to improve their BJJ skills.

Almiro suggests that you do at least a hundred repetitions of each drill several times a week in order for everything to become muscle memory.
