Ralek Gracie was last week on the awesome podcast Inside BJJ ​​. Where he talked about his super fight against Garry Tonon.

Rakek Gracie will come into this match much heavier at around 190-200lbs whilst Tonon walks around 170 lbs.

When asked if Tonon has a chance of submitting him with  a leg lock, Ralek answered:

“For this fight I’ve been training all my life. I’m training hard now to have better conditioning and know that I can fight for an hour without stopping. My technique and knowledge are ready, it will be difficult to find something to submit me with. There is absolutely no way he’s going to catch me with a leg lock. I hope has other plans, it will be difficult for him to have the angle. ”

Inside BJJ hosted Garry Tonon yesterday and he had some strong words for Ralek and what he plans to do to him:

Ralek called me and told me that Tim Spriggs pulled out, and he asked me if I would face him. I was like a kid on Christmas! It was like the best gift that was ever given to me in my life. 

I’m 100% saying that I’m going to  beat the crap out of Ralek. I’ll try to do 209 style (Stockton slap). It’s hard to get DQ’d of a sub only event. 

I won’t accept tap. He has to say uncle (laughs). If he doesn’t tap, I’ll continue through the break. If it’s a draw and I break 6 or 7 limbs. I can always go for a choke.

Everybody wants to see Ralek gets the shit kicked out of him. I think this will be the main reason for people to the in. He doesn’t owe me money, but he owes some of my friends money.

I want Metamoris wants to get their shit together. 

My main concern is not the pay check. I’m going to CRUSH Ralek Gracie in every possible way.: mentally, physically and as abusive as possible, within the rules of course.

When asked, if he’s concerned if Ralek could catch him:

With every one of these (Gracies) that have been training since they are a seamen, they are always dangerous. He isn’t up to current Jiu-Jitsu. He is more of a 2000 style Jiu-Jitsu instead of 2016. 

If he stalls, I’m going to make him pay.

Inside BJJ guys mention that there will be a Gofundme set up where people can raise 10,000$ if Tonon breaks Ralek’s leg.
