Did you know that the UFC heavyweights Roman Dolidze and Nikita Krylov grappled against each other, back in the day, at a local Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament?

The match took place at the ADCC Ukraine – where Dolidze and Krylov, both highly regarded figures in the UFC, took to the mat in a submission grappling face-off.
Both competitors showcased their substantial submission grappling skills.

Dolidze initiated a Guard Pull that transitioned into Closed Guard.
He then lifted Krylov with his legs and secured a Knee Bar.

Krylov managed an initial escape, but Dolidze’s relentless pursuit paid off as he once again captured Krylov’s leg; forcing him back to the mat.
With precision and control, Dolidze locked in another Knee Bar, leaving Krylov no choice but to verbally tap out.

Nikita Krylov, who made his UFC debut all the way back in 2018, has already had a successful career in the light heavyweight division – racking up a recent streak of victories against formidable opponents such as Alexander Gustafsson, Volkan Oezdemir, and Ryan Spann.

On the other hand, Roman Dolidze entered the UFC arena in 2020, making an immediate impact in the middleweight division with an undefeated 6-0 record before his transition.
