Tye Ruotolo wants a match against Nicholas Meregali badly…
And he took yet another opportunity to call him out.
Here’s what Ruotolo had to say after winning the match against Izaak Michell:
I don’t want to sound like a broken record, but [I want] Nicholas Meregali [next,].
Really, that’s the only name I want to call out right now.
He’s running, taking other matches.
Tye continues:
I was super stoked to be able to take out Izaak Michell.
He’s another name added to my list, and I had a good performance against him.Next is Nicholas Meregali.
Meregali keeps running.
It would, for sure, be interesting to see how the match between the two would fare today – as they have already competed against each other, back in the 2022 ADCC absolute division match.
Meregali won that one via decision…
And it appears that Ruotolo wants a rematch to take place as soon as possible.
