In the video, Khabib is seen demonstrating a critical aspect of wrist control during a fight.
He jokingly, yet honestly, tells the athlete to never let the opponent dominate this aspect.
Khabib warns the student and the people watching the video:
If I control this, you cannot give your opponent this one. This is very bad.
If someone takes your wrist with one arm like this, you have to go home and never come out.
You understand that? This is very bad. Never give this to your opponent.
