He is also a known podcaster, motivational speaker, content creator, and founder of the PHP Agency – focusing on providing life insurance and financial services.
Bet David recently spoke about getting his kids into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and why he’s done it:
My boys do Jiu-Jitsu three or four times a week. You need that part.
The other day, my son is like: “Daddy, I want to wrestle with you.”
I’m thinking this is going to be done in 10 minutes. 15 minutes. We went 45 minutes.
And how is it that his sons want to keep going like that? It’ simple: the element of challenge.
Which Bet David believes is necessary in today’s environment:
And all I have to tell him is one thing: “You’re getting stronger. Well, you’re not yet stronger than Daddy. I will let you know when you’re stronger. You’re not there yet.”
He comes back. He comes back, he comes back, he comes back.
We need that element of it.This whole concept of trying to pacify all these boys out there that are trying to be men is very, very strange to me.
