Mikey Musumeci has another ONE flyweight submission grappling world champion title defense on his hands now…
As on August 4, he will be defending his belt against Jarred Brooks!

Jarred Brooks is one of the best mixed martial arts athletes in the world.
He won the ONE Championship strawweight MMA title in December 2022, when he beat Joshua Pacio.
“The Monkey God’s” grappling is also at the top of the game.
So, the match with Mikey Musumeci is a unique opportunity for him to become a two-sport champion.

For Musumeci, on the other hand, this will be the third time he is scheduled to defend his ONE flyweight submission grappling world title.
The 27-year-old has the reputation of one of the best BJJ athletes in history, being a 5x IBJJF World Title winner (as a black belt).
Musumeci won the ONE flyweight submission grappling title in his match with Cleber Sousa; defending it twice so far, against sambo champion Gantumur Bayanduuren and IBJJF World Champion Osamah Almarwai.
