Kallebe Pereira, a 15-year-old blue belt from Melqui Galvao Academy, has beaten experienced 27 year old BJJ black belt Felipe Machado in the quarter-finals of the ADCC Brazilian Trials. Pereira ended up with the 4th place of the Men’s Pro -66,0 kg.

He deafted Matheus Phelippe Lopes Da Silva by Submission.
Defeated Márcio Ferreira Cruz by Submission.
Defeated Julio Suzigan Martins by Points 3–0.
Defeated Felipe Machado by Decision.
Lost to Kauã Gabriel by Submission.
Lost to Igor MoreiraLost by Submission.

Pereira was still a green belt up until September 2023. Usually you have to wait until 16 to be a blue belt in BJJ but this rule does not seem to apply for this prodigy.
