Rafael dos Anjos to Woodley: ‘Shame on you’ for wanting Nate Diaz fight

Rafael dos Anjos is sick and tired of Tyron Woodley mentioning Nate Diaz as a potential challenger to his UFC welterweight title.

Woodley – who was all set for a big pay day in a potential fight against Georges St Pierre screwed that up by a lackluster performance against Maia – where he basically gamed the system ultimately angering White so much as to give GSP return to Bisping.

Still Woodley wants his payday so he’s mentioning a Nate Diaz fight left and right. Woodley told ESPN.com this week he thinks there’s a good chance Diaz will be his next opponent when he returns to the octagon in the summer following a recent shoulder surgery.

Following RDA’s last performance Dana White said:

“As soon as he’s healthy, obviously, RDA is the fight to make, especially the way he looked in the Robbie Lawler fight,” said White. “We’re just waiting for Tyron to get healthy.”

As for Woodley he’s in no rush:

“I’m not going to say (dos Anjos and Covington) need to fight. Fall back, take a seat. I’m not going anywhere. I’m here for a while. I’m not on the cusp of giving this up. One by one, everybody will get their chance to see what it’s all about. But I really want to fight Georges St-Pierre.”
