The next time you find yourself stuck in traffic in your car, going to your Jiu-Jitsu academy or going to the office you can try this BJJ specific car workout.

But please be careful as these exercises shown presume that the driver always has their eyes on the road and is paying attention to traffic around them. Please Don’t do any exercises which endanger your own life or the lives of others.

This workout can work on the following muscle groups and positions:

NECK.

SHOULDERS.

GRIPS

SUBMISSION ESCAPES.

CORE/ABS.

LEGS.
