AJ Agazarm Accuses “Who’s Number One” of Fixing Gordon Ryan-Gaudio Match

The controversial grappler AJ Agazarm has accused Flograppling’s Who’s Number One of fixing the results of the match between Gordon Ryan and Patrick Gaudio at Who’s Number One 20: Night of Champions on October 1st, 2023.

Agazarm claims to have received this information from a credible source and states that the contract between Ryan and Gaudio included provisions for Gaudio to lose the match by armbar, which is exactly how the match ended. However, there is currently no physical evidence to support Agazarm’s allegations.

Agazarm intends to obtain a copy of the contract himself to substantiate his claims. It is worth mentioning that Agazarm and Ryan have a history of social media exchanges, despite never having competed against each other due to their weight differences.

It is important to approach these accusations with caution until evidence is provided. It is interesting to note that John Danaher’s students have previously faced allegations of predetermined match outcomes when competing against each other. Agazarm’s allegations take it a step further by implicating the involvement of the promotion in booking these matches.

Gordon Ryan has responded to these allegations on his official Instagram account, denying any involvement.
