The ZARUBA Fight Night 6 event at Al Habtoor Grand Resort in Dubai, UAE, was an outstanding one – with heaps of great matches and awesome finishes.
The event, live-streamed on the promotion’s YouTube channel, featured 16 bouts that highlighted both seasoned professionals and rising stars from the Middle East and beyond.
However, one of the matches ended up being particularly interesting… And not just for the way it ended.
Namely, it was the fight between Robbie Scott and Ahmed Sobhy.
Scott had a decade of MMA experience and a 5-4 record, whereas Sobhy – from Egypt – entered the octagon with a 5-5 record.
The fight concluded with Scott securing a win through an Armbar submission – forcing Sobhy to tap out.
However, during the process of applying the submission, something unexpected happened.
So what took place?
Well, Scott accidentally teared out half of Sobhy’s hair during the submission!
Watch it take place on the following link.
