I never checked my Twitter mentions again after the Ultimate Fighter.
You don’t have to take the feedback. You could put information out into the universe and give it to people but I mean if you are serving the role in that person’s life, giving them an outlet to get some other a negativity out in wherever they absorb throughout the day somehow going online and talking shit about you will help them out then that is the service say you provide them. You can let them release the negativity and help them out but you don’t have to read and absorb it.
