“It’s been a while since I tested this transition from Jiu-Jitsu to MMA, but fighting in the gi has always been my priority. Last year, I won the ADCC, which was an old dream. Now, I feel fulfilled in Jiu-Jitsu and can venture into MMA. “

Said the athlete, who will compete in her last World championship in the Gi this year.

“I was invited to fight in a MMA event on March 30th. If I do not confirm my participation in this event,I will follow as had planned: return to focus on the workouts with the Gi – but without abandoning the Muay Thai and wrestling – and go to Abu Dhabi in April, because I already have the package to compete there. Then I plan to compete at the Worlds in California too. I think this should be my last Worlds. ”

“I always said that I wanted to do some more MMA fights because I liked the adrenaline, but fighting in the UFC was very far, because they didn’t have much female categories. But since they are opening up a weight class where I fit in, the 52kg, why not aim for something bigger, right? I think yes in the UFC, I think it is the dream of every MMA athlete!”
