Bo Nickal, UFC middleweight division fighter, has recently claimed that – if he and Khamzat Chimaev were to meet in the octagon – that he’d be the one who’d emerge victorious.
However, Chimaev doesn’t really agree with that… At least, not for the time being.
For, “Borz” believes that Nickal isn’t ready for that fight just yet. Here’s what he had to say on Ariel Helwani’s “The MMA Hour”:
Maybe we’ll meet some day. He’s a good fighter, but still I didn’t see so much.
In three years, we’ll see. When I come up maybe we’ll fight for the title one day. It’s too early to fight me and him. He didn’t become 100% a fighter.
If they put against me, that guy, now, I’m going to break him in three rounds.
If they put me later, we’ll make some fun fight for everyone.
And when Helwani told him that Nickal is confident he’d be able to win now, Chimaev laughed it off:
He has to be stupid, brother, if he thinks like that.
Khamzat Chimaev responds to the idea that Bo Nickal could beat him right now 😳 #TheMMAHour
