Following UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor’s submission defeat in a welterweight fight against Nate Diaz, former 145 pound champion Jose Aldo, took to Facebook and called out McGregor.
Aldo lost to McGregor in 13 seconds when they met at UFC 194, and has been asking for a rematch ever since. When Rafael Dos Anjos pulled out of his lightweight title fight with McGregor, Aldo was asked if he would step in with 11 days notice. He refused stating that he wasn’t ready.
