Will Mark Zuckerberg fight MMA? Dana White opens up and reveals behind the scenes: ‘It’s fun’

Attending UFC 298 last Saturday in Anaheim, California, Meta CEO and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg became a topic of interest during the post-event press conference. The event was highlighted by Ilia Topuria claiming the featherweight championship, defeating Alexander Volkanovski with a knockout in the headline bout.

Dana White, the UFC president, fielded questions about Zuckerberg’s interest in competing in MMA. White admitted he wasn’t privy to Zuckerberg’s specific plans but acknowledged the tech mogul’s deep enthusiasm for the sport.

“I’m not sure about his plans to fight in MMA, but it’s clear Zuckerberg is keen to step into the ring. He’s not just a casual fan; he’s truly passionate about it. He regularly trains with professional fighters. It’s common knowledge here – or at least for most of us – that once you dive into this sport, it captivates you entirely. Watching someone like Zuckerberg, with his love for MMA, is both exciting and remarkable,” Dana White commented.
