ADCC 2011 champ is set to take on Roberto Cyborg Abreu and also 2013 ADCC Absolute champ in a special marquee match.

The two seasoned veterans have never met under ADCC rules interestingly however they’ve had some chances to compete against one another!
“It’s exciting to go against Cyborg again, it’s been awhile since we’ve gone against each other. The last time we had a match neither Cyborg or I were ADCC Champions, and a lot of things have changed since,” says Vinny.
If things stay like they were in the past it will either be Cyborg winning by advantage or me by submission, but one thing we know for sure it’s that it will be a good match.” – Magalhaes told Flograppling.
This will also be the first time in ADCC trials history that the podium finishers all get prize money! The Trials will also feature the women’s divisions and is the final event for grapplers with North American passports to qualify for an invite to the 2017 ADCC World Championships set for Helsinki in Finland this September.
