NFL Great Tom Brady Roasted by Kevin Hart for his wife Leaving him for her Jiu-Jitsu Instructor

Former NFL star Tom Brady was the subject of jokes during a roast, with comedians focusing on his personal life, particularly his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen’s involvement with jiu-jitsu and her rumored relationship with her instructor, Joaquim Valente. Kevin Hart and Jeff Ross made pointed jokes, highlighting the situation with Gisele’s new jiu-jitsu interests.

Kevin Hart quipped, “Gisele gave you an ultimatum. She said you have to retire or you’re done. But when you have a chance to go 8-9 you gotta do it.”

“You sometimes got to f–k your coach. You know who else f–ked their coach? Gisele. She f–ked that karate man.”

Hart continued, “I mean Jesus Christ, Tom. One of the smartest quarterbacks ever played a game. How did you not see this coming? Eight karate classes a day and she’s still a white belt. F—k Tom. The only bruises she had were on her a*s. Everybody should have known it.”

Jeff Ross joked about Tom’s situation, suggesting he was so laden with championship rings that “with so many rings he could melt them down and forge a sword to go on a quest to get Gisele back from that jiu-jitsu teacher.”

This humor was sparked by Gisele’s growing interest in jiu-jitsu, which she discussed with Dust Magazine. She started training in December 2021 and advanced to a blue belt in less than a year.

Gisele explained her passion for the sport, “I’m a very passionate person, so I get really invested in things.”

She also told People that she pursued jiu-jitsu after enrolling her child in a class and was promoted to a purple belt by 2023.

The speculation about her relationship with Joaquim Valente has intensified the spotlight, with reports of their dating starting in 2023, while Tom Brady’s representatives hint at an earlier beginning.

Late last year, Gisele Bündchen, was promoted to the rank of a BJJ purple belt.

The promotion took place at the Valente Brothers academy in the United States, where she trains.

She has been training Jiu-Jitsu since the end of 2021 according to People magazine. That makes the speed of her promotion to purple belt extremely fast.

Just a few BJJ legends such as BJ Penn or Caio Terra have progressed to purple belt after just two years of training and winning all competitions they had participated in. They would eventually get their black belts in under 5 years.

Will Gisele Bundchen get her black belt in under 4 years?

Purple belt is a serious level in BJJ. It is usually given to someone who has consistently trained for at least 5 years. It can also be given much faster, all depending on the progress of the practitioner and at the discretion of the instructor.

Gisele has praised the benefits of jiu-jitsu, focusing on empowerment and self-defense in her life.

She expressed her gratitude for the training, writing, “I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better. I feel stronger, more [confident] and empowered since I started practicing self-defense. I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women. Thank you @ValenteBrothers for being awesome teachers and for making training so much fun. I am looking forward to keep improving. Let’s go! 🤛🏼”
