Here is an interesting video of two kids rolling in the teen and adult BJJ class.
The white belt kid is 16 years old and he has 4 years of wrestling experience and about 6 months of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, The yellow belt kid is 15 years old and with almost 2 years of Jiu Jitsu.
This video does not prove which is better, it just gets a good conversation started!
