The choke in question is done when the opponent is in turtle. You sprawl and reach for the lapel.
You pass the lapel to the other hand on the other side
Ideally we’d want that lapel as close to the neck as possible. Because grabbing onto it with the 2nd hand already produces some pressure. From there you get one knee up.. put him in guard and land the choke!
