Can Buff Dudes survive an Olympic wrestling workout?

Grappling arts are probably the hardest to practice. And with nuances between judo, wrestling and bjj it’s probably wrestling that takes the cake as most physically demanding.

Still in wrestling the competitors are usually built like walls – you don’t really see lanky wrestlers. The Buff Dudes are Brandon Myles White and Hudson White. They’re known for their informative yt videos with hits such as :

Buff Dudes were recently hosted on the Olympic yt challenge where they tried to make it to an Olympic wrestling workout along with Canadian Olympic wrestler Erica Wiebe. She won gold in Rio de Janeiro in the 75kg division.
