BREAKING NEWS: Major Shifts in Coaching Lineup for PGF World Season 6!

The Professional Grappling Federation (PGF) is gearing up for an electrifying Season 6 launch in Las Vegas on April 21, 2024. This season promises to raise the stakes with a record $100,000 grand prize and the participation of several iconic figures in the sport.

In a significant development, Eddie Bravo has made a commendable decision to step down as a coach for this season. Citing his commitment to integrity, Bravo expressed his discomfort in coaching against his own 10th Planet black belts. His decision, while unexpected, has been met with respect and understanding from the grappling community. Fans will be pleased to know that Bravo will remain a vital part of PGF World, taking on the role of a referee.

Filling the void left by Bravo, we are excited to announce the addition of jiu-jitsu legend Jean Jacques Machado to the coaching team. Machado’s vast experience and profound impact on the sport make him an invaluable asset to the PGF World.

Unfortunately, Andre Galvao, another prominent figure in jiu-jitsu, is currently recuperating from knee surgery. We extend our best wishes for his speedy recovery and eagerly anticipate his involvement in PGF World 7.

Stepping into Galvao’s shoes is none other than Dean Lister, a titan in the world of grappling. Known for his multiple ADCC championships and his illustrious career in both Pride FC and UFC, Lister’s inclusion is a testament to the high caliber of talent PGF World attracts.

With these dramatic changes in the coaching lineup, PGF World Season 6 is shaping up to be an event you won’t want to miss. Mark your calendars for April 21 and get ready to witness some of the most intense grappling action on UFC Fight Pass. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach what promises to be an unforgettable season!
