It hasn’t even been a week back with the featherweight title for Aldo he’s set his sights on regaining the championship again.

For a while there it was even looking like Aldo might retire or even change careers?! however Aldo also claims he’s foreseen this outcome.
“I knew this would happen. To me, I never stopped being the champion. I lost that fight due to an eventuality. I knew I would win a rematch and become the champion again,” Aldo said to bloodyelbow.
As of right now Aldo should be looking to fight either Holloway or Pettis given that one of them will come of of the duel with the interim title.
But Aldo isn’t backing down and his discontent with the current UFC management style is still somewhat obvious:
“First, I want to defend my title, and then go after a fight with him (at lightweight). Just like Dana (White) said, we can choose who we want to fight, so I want to fight him. That’s what will happen.”
