Sean Strickland Says He’d Get Rich If He Boxed Jake Paul: “I’d M*rder Him”

The topic of fighter pay in the UFC has been a point of contention for a long, long time.
Many fighters have been vocal about it – now including the controversial great, Sean Strickland.

Like a lot of fighters, Strickland appears to have been contemplating whether or not to make the transition to the square circle instead of the octagon.
To boxing celebrities, instead of fighting MMA against professional fighters.

The reason?
You guessed it – money.

Strickland shared his thoughts on UFC fighter pay, the consequences of it, as well as his thoughts on boxing in a recent social media post:

Here’s the thing guys.

UFC isn’t the NFL or the NBA it’s absolutely cut throat.
You don’t leave this sport happy or well.

If I fought Jake Paul:
1. I’d murder him, but
2. We would make millions.

Something you guys experience at your jobs.
The pay gap just keeps getting wider.

Now, whether or not Strickland will actually make the transition to boxing remains to be seen.
But it’s safe to say that such a decision from one of the most controversial (and popular) personalities in the world of mixed martial arts…

Wouldn’t be met with too much surprise.
