Tyron Woodley keeps on trying to wage a psychological war against jiu-jitsu guru Demian Maia. The latest is the statement that Maia was twitching during the staredown.
via MMA Fighting:
“His face was twitching a little bit,” Woodley said. “Sometimes guys want to show you that they’re ready and they really want something. They can’t stop their face from convulsing and kind of trembling a little bit.”
Both welterweights had no trouble weighing in:

And here is the staredown that featured the so called twitch so you can judge for yourself:
As for Maia – he believes him and Woodley are a good match:
Maia said. “I think, yeah, he is a great wrestler, but I think his strongest point is his heavy hands, and lately that’s what he’s being doing. I think he’s a great wrestler, but now he’s more a striker than a wrestler.
“When I started to strike a lot back in the days I lost a little bit my jiu-jitsu. It’s normal,” he continued. “It’s just normal. You cannot do everything well, you lose a little bit some sharpness, but of course he’s still very good, good foundation on his wrestling, but I think I’ll be able to impose my game.”
Sloth Jiu-Jitsu: you can be slow and unathletic and still kick butt in Jiu-Jitsu.
