Vince Vaughn joined the list of celebrity bjj practitioners a little while back. He was seen working on his jits with Rener and Ryron Gracie as far back as March of this year.
Now he’s come around to Renzo Gracie Academy in New York and put in some good work!
Renzo Gracie commented on the picture simply saying “Beast”
The man in the picture next to Vaughn is the RGA NYC manager John Lopez.
Here he is alongside Igor Gracie who captioned the moment:
“Had a blast training with Vince Vaughn for the last couple of days. Amazing guy.”

It’s believed Vince has shaved his hair for his upcoming role in Brawl in Cell Block 99, which centres around a former boxer-turned-drug runner in a prison battleground after a deadly deal.
He was last seen promoting his new movie Hacksaw RIdge with Andrew Garfield, and directed by Mel Gibson. The acclaimed film sees Vince co-star alongside Andrew Garfield who plays US Army medic Desmond T. Doss, who was awarded the Medal of Honour after single-handily saving 75 men during the Battle of Okinawa during World War II.
