Jiu-Jitsu makes us grow thats why its essential in times of crisis! You don’t believe?
.
✨First of all when crisis happen you want to be healthy. Accidentally jiu jitsu practicioners are the healthiest group of people I know. Why is that? Doing sports in general boosts your immunity but close combat sports like jiu jitsu work even better. Its because every time you get in close contact with other people your immune system is being updated. Also for years Im observing how jiu jitsu naturally pushes people towards better life habits. People on the mats realize fast how sleeping longer and eating better improves their performance on the mats and that also benefits in better immunity. Well rested and fed body has power to fight back microbes.

✨Second thing – when the sh*t hits the fan you want to feel confident and ready to solve problems by your own. The art of jiu jitsu is constantly showing to its practitioners how strong they are when they have to be, how fast they are when they need to be, how clever and innovative they can get… and these features are only growing with time and experience. Confidence often comes from being aware of inner strength and capabilities. Jiu jitsu reveals them.

✨Third thing – in time of crisis its good to have some people around you willing to help and support each other. Jiu jitsu is great in bonding people. Sharing constant struggle, helping each other getting better, having fun on the mats – it all bring people closer. And when the things are going south we need people around us more than ever before.

✨Last thing – in a time of crisis, in some extreme situations you may need self defense skills. Jiu jitsu basics can perfectly work as a self defense techniques and its always good to be a bit stronger and more athletic than average human being. Its good to hope for the best but be prepared for the worst.

Show this to your non jiu jitsu friend. So many people feel scared, lonely, depressed, weak and dependent during this whole madness. Maybe jiu jitsu can become a tool for them to feel better right now or in the future, helping in any crises – global or personal ones.
