Watch 58 yr Old Coral Belt Fabio Santos Rolling. Still Flexible & Strong

Fábio Santos (born April 4, 1956) is a red and black belt instructor in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Santos graduated with a BA in physical education from the Universidade Gama Filho.

Upon immigrating to the United States, Santos taught in Rorion Gracie’s academy in Torrance, California. He later opened his own academy in San Diego, California.

Santos still rolls everyday at the age of 58. Check out this video of Santos rolling back in 2012, with black belt Ryan Young who talked about the experience on his facebook page Kama Jiu-Jitsu Dallas Fort Worth:

“Are you one for New Years Resolutions?

Here’s one for you. This took place in late 2012, when I had the great pleasure to have a fun roll with one of my oldest friends and professors while I was at the Gracie Academy in 1992-1993, Master Fabio Santos.
Here he is, at age 56 (now 58), still teaching, still training, still strong, still flexible, still possessing cat-like reflexes, and without an ounce of bodyfat on him.
Done right, years of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu does not break your body down, and in fact, makes your body “hard” while still allowing you to be flexible and strong. At the time of this filming, Master Fabio had been training well over 40 years, over 30 of those years, as a teaching black belt!
If you’ve never tried Kama Jiu-Jitsu and you’ve not been able to maintain your “best shape of your life” for many CONSECUTIVE years, you NEED to come pay us a visit!
In just over a year here in Dallas, we already have a TON of success stories! Resolve to let us share them with you, and show you how you can be as healthy and strong as Master Fabio!”
