Grandmaster Relson Gracie – the son of Helio Gracie (inventor of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu) conducted a training camp in Varna, Bulgaria by invitation of his purple belt student – Ivelin Ivanov , “Central Police club-Varna” and combat club “Desant”. The event started on the 12th of july until the 22nd.
Throughout the camp there were morning (gi) and evening (no-gi) sessions scheduled, as well as self defense techniques.
Christina Thomas (Relson’s Gracie black belt and instructor at “Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Austin Association”) assisted and made sure that everyone was using leverage and technique in the most efficient way possible.
