The two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Multiple time World Champions have met “on the mat” and competed 3 times before. In this video we get a look back at their matches and their preparation for the 4th. In 2009 Braulio Estima became the next contender to face off against the reigning super fight champion Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza by winning his weight class and absolute division submitting Galvao along the way with Braulio’s now famous Inverted Triangle.

Next in ADCC 2011 Braulio faced off against Jacare in the main event 20 minute super fight winning on points. Braulio had previously lost to Jacare on a number of occasions which made the victory even more satisfying.
Also During ADCC 2011 Andre Galvao came out of MMA and back into BJJ competition winning his weight class and Absolute to become the next contender in facing off against the now reigning Super fight champion Braulio Estima. Andre beat Gunnar Nelson, Rousimar “Toquinho” Palhares and Pablo Popovitch along the way to win both categories. This match is not to be missed!!!
