The Heart of a World No GI Champion, DJ Jackson: Driving School Kids To BJJ Class

The GRACIEMAG team spent most of last week in Camp Springs, Maryland, with Professor Lloyd Irvin and his team.

Recent World No-Gi black belt middleweight champion DJ Jackson’s daily routine is not all about Jiu-Jitsu. From 1:30PM to 5:00PM, he drives the academy van to pick up kids at the local schools and bring them to the after school Jiu-Jitsu classes. At Lloyd Irvin’s the kids also have their afternoon snacks and do their homeworks before steping on the mats
