Police Officer Craig Hanaumi works for the Bellevue Police in WA.He is a BJJ blue belt. In this video, he demonstrates drills he likes to do with the grappling dummy which help him in his work and keep him in shape.
I enjoy using jiu-Jitsu as a tool to not only protect ourselves and others, but as a way to connect with different members of the community. I think there would be some fantastic future coworkers in the jiujitsu community too.
