Hello everyone, today I am going to share the number two mental mistake Jiu-Jitsu competitors make and how to avoid it. The mistake is “Fear of disappointing others”.

I believe most of the competitors are not worried about getting physically hurt, but they worry about getting emotionally hurt. How could this happen? “Fear of disappointing others” is one example.
