Jiu-Jitsu Saves Little Girl’s Life from Suicidal Thoughts caused by Bullying

12 year old Claire Teitgan was bullied every day at school and it affected her self confidence. It was so bad that Claire had suicidal thoughts. Her parents found her diary with messages “I want to die”.

Claire’s parents decided to take action to lift her up and thought about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Austen Ford, Claire’s trainer took this little girl with low self esteem and made her into a tough cookie with the help of Jiu-Jitsu.
