Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Israel: Realistic Defense Against Knife Attack

3 variations of defense against knife attack from above. The first technique is the optimal one and the others are variations that might occur when the attacker tries to resist.

From Moshe Kaitz of Gracie Humaita Israel:

These are real life defense against knife attack, is not as easy as shown in demos and your technique is not going to be “clean”. The opponent will try to resist, release his hand and pull back. you need to do everything to survive. this time we show only the attack “from above”. the first variation is cleaner but the others are not. the attacker tries to straighten his hand out , pull back and escape from the first grip. 99% of knife attacks in Israel this last month where from above.
