Angelica Galvao is BJJ black belt and wife and student of Andre Galvao. After a Five year layoff Angelica put on an amazing display at the 2011 World Jiu Jitsu Championships to capture the illustrious gold medal. With her stellar display of Jiu Jitsu skill and self- perseverance, Angelica is now a top black belt woman’s Jiu Jitsu athlete. Juggling both a family life and a fulltime jiu jitsu career Angelica is a true testament of sheer will and determination as well as a perfect role model for to todays women in Jiu Jitsu.
