A Jedi Mind Trick for Passing the Guard in Jiu-Jitsu

This is a butterfly guard pass which will not require any kind of speed, grips or athleticism; instead it will be all about timing when it comes to this guard pass.

In order to have great timing, you will either need to have lightning-fast reflexes to react to your opponent’s actions, OR a better option is to make your opponent give you a certain reaction that you can anticipate and have an effective guard pass or submission to take advantage of them.
