Already a force in professional wrestling and a former NFL athlete, Dyer is now carving out a serious presence in competitive BJJ as well.

Dyer has been on a steady rise in the BJJ scene, gradually working his way up while balancing a high-profile WWE schedule.

Just two weeks before his Pan Championship performance, he made his purple belt debut, where he submitted both of his opponents:

Purple is definitely a level up, and these guys are dedicated to the craft!

There are a lot of people who claim to be a fighter and never leave the gym to step on the battlefield.
True competition is the only way to measure your skill and see where you stand.

Sparring in a gym and hitting punching bags does not make you a competitor.

Props to every person who steps on the mat or into the cage win or lose, because it takes b*lls, grit and a strong mind.
