UFC flyweight Tracy Cortez recently gave internet personality N3on a firsthand lesson in the difference between a professional fighter and a content creator.
The pair met for a lighthearted training session that started with basic striking drills, before ending with Cortez dominating N3on during live grappling.
She walked him through the mechanics of a proper body kick, correcting his technique after he threw more of a soccer-style kick than a martial arts strike:
You’re kind of doing like a soccer kick. It’s more like grab my leg here and just turning it.
The session later shifted to boxing, where N3on surprised Cortez with a few clean combinations:
He does know how to box a little. I didn’t think you had that.
However, the compliments ended once the sparring began.
Cortez quickly took control, attacking the body before securing a submission on the ground.
N3on tapped while blaming the high altitude for his lack of stamina:
Tracy, you got some strong ass legs. My stomach. My arm. How are you doing that?
Despite being exhausted, N3on asked for a second round, but the result was much the same.
Afterward, Cortez’s teammate declared her the winner by raising her hand.
N3on accepted defeat with a smile, reminding his audience:
She got me today. But it’s all good because I’m a content creator.
