[WATCH] Ronda Rousey Gets Back To Grappling Training

Ronda Rousey is back in training! Rekindling her passion for both Jiu-Jitsu and striking, alongside former opponent and fellow MMA veteran Cat Zingano.

Rousey’s Olympic judo background and dominant early performances made her the face of women’s MMA, and she was crowned UFC bantamweight champion before even stepping into the octagon.
She defended her belt with a string of rapid finishes, while Zingano climbed the ranks with her own impressive victories, eventually earning a title shot against Rousey at UFC 184 in 2015.

While Rousey won that fight in just 14 seconds, their post-fight trajectories were quite different.
Rousey went 1-2 in her next fights before stepping away from the sport, while Zingano continued to compete for years, eventually transitioning to Bellator and working her way to a title shot in 2023.

After leaving MMA, Rousey shifted her focus to professional wrestling and later took time off to start a family.
Now, at 38, her return to training has sparked curiosity, though an MMA comeback remains unlikely.

Zingano, on the other hand, has never stopped evolving as a fighter—she recently earned her BJJ black belt and continues to compete at a high level.
