And yes, he needed just over one minute to submit Pakistani veteran Ahmed Mujtaba.
Kade went with a beautiful overhand right early into the bout, dropping Mujtaba immediately.
He then poured down with ground & pound strikes, following up with his trademark D’Arce Choke which got him the tap.
Chatri Sityodtong rewarded him with a $50,000 prize immediately after.
