Israel Adesanya has been through wars in the octagon – but his latest battle came in the form of a David Goggins workout.
In a new training vlog, “The Last Stylebender” joined forces with the notoriously intense endurance icon and former Navy SEAL to level up his conditioning during the offseason.
It didn’t take long before Goggins pushed Adesanya to the edge – quite literally.
Midway through the session, Adesanya was seen throwing up.
“Stay hard”, Goggins could be heard saying, unfazed, as Adesanya regrouped.
Check it out on the video below:

This isn’t the first time Goggins has tested a UFC fighter’s limits. He previously trained with Tony Ferguson ahead of UFC 296, though Ferguson would go on to lose a unanimous decision to Paddy Pimblett.
Still, Goggins’ extreme mindset continues to attract athletes looking for that extra edge.
With no fight currently booked, Adesanya now too seems focused on reinventing himself – physically and mentally.
