[WATCH] Ignacio Bahamondes Submits Jalin Turner With Slick Triangle Choke At UFC 313

Ignacio Bahamondes – known for his striking skills – showcased his evolving grappling skills at UFC 313…
By securing a slick submission victory over Jalin Turner!

Bahamondes started strong on the feet, but Turner opted for an early takedown in an attempt to control the fight.
However, the decision backfired as Bahamondes quickly scrambled, locked his legs around Turner’s head and arm, and seamlessly secured a tight Triangle Choke.

Turner had no choice but to tap, with the fight ending in just 2 minutes and 29 seconds of the first round.
After the win, Bahamondes couldn’t help but joke about his unexpected submission finish:

I’m a grappler now.

He revealed that he had a strong premonition about how the fight would play out:

I knew I was going to submit him. I told in the interviews, I was going to submit him in the first round.
I just felt it.

I had a dream one day again and I dreamed I submitted him.
Whenever I saw his face, he was off.
