The Brazilian Tiger Ricardo Arona still has no fixed date for his expected return to MMA. In the meantime, the BJJ black belt is spreading his knowledge around the world.
While passing through Abu Dhabi, accompanying Rodrigo Nogueira for the UFC, Arona had a Jiu-Jitsu seminar there for more than 120 black belts.
In the video, he showed some details and movements, as well as sweeps that worked against Jiu-Jitsu legends.
