Once considered one of Jiu-Jitsu’s brightest stars, Kron Gracie transitioned to MMA in 2014.
He quickly made waves with four straight submission victories, earning a spot on the UFC roster.
However, his MMA career has been inconsistent, with a 1-2 record in the UFC and long gaps between fights.
Bryce Mitchell, currently ranked #13 in the UFC lightweight division, brings a much stronger MMA record to the cage with 16 wins and just 2 losses.
Like Gracie, he is coming off a loss and hasn’t fought in 2024.
For Gracie, a victory over a ranked opponent like Mitchell could be his ticket to breaking into the division’s top 15.
Meanwhile, Mitchell will aim to rebound from a knockout loss and re-establish his climb toward title contention.
