Tom Hardy is continuing to use his platform in a very specific way: blending Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu culture with autism advocacy.
His ongoing collaboration with Tatami has now evolved into a new, expanded line of gear aimed at promoting autism awareness and celebrating neurodiversity on the mats, with the latest drop titled “The AUTSiders Social Club AuDHD Grip” collection, and was recently highlighted on Hardy’s Instagram Stories.
The collection spans a wide range of designs, including rashguards and shorts in striking colors like hot pink, forest green, black, and bright yellow.
Several of the standout pieces feature the phrase “ZERO EYE CONTACT” printed across the chest.
Other items lean into a playful, club-style identity with “NEUROSPICY ROLLERS GUILD” branding, paired with cartoon-style mascots that still sit on top of competition-ready construction.
Hardy’s involvement goes beyond surface-level support.
He has previously spoken publicly about being on the spectrum.
While discussing his performance process during last year’s Sony panel for Venom: The Last Dance at New York Comic Con, he pulled back the curtain on his own experience:
I could get really geeky about this process and talk to you about it, but I just sound like I’m on the spectrum, because I am.
That’s for you.
