Tim Kenedy Had a BJJ Gi Grappling Match with Dave Camarillo

UFC vet Tim Kennedy, a BJJ black belt & US Army Ranger is enjoying his time being retired from professional fighting but it doesn’t mean that he is finished competing. The Royler Gracie black belt recently had a BJJ super fight in the Gi with Dave Camarillo, a former top US judoka and Ralph Gracie black belt who is also the founder of Guerilla Jiu-Jitsu.

Remember, Tim Kenedy defeated BJJ GOAT Roger Gracie in the UFC.

Kenedy has deep love for Jiu-Jitsu. On his IG profile he presents himself as entrepreneur first, BJJ black belt second, UFC fighter third and Green Beret and Army Ranger fourth!

He was also recently featured in a funny video  where he pulled off a great prank at a Gracie Humaita BJJ academy. He went in undercover as a BJJ white belt.

Watch the face of the students when the goofy white belt starts ragdolling them!

In the super fight, Kenedy was able to avoid Camarillo’s takedown attempts and actually forced the Judoka to pull guard. He then stacked him in closed guard and ended up in mount where he submitted him with a mounted triangle.
